Warranty & Returns
1 + 1 Year Frame Warranty
All merchandise purchased from our store is covered by a one (1) year manufacturer warranty. In addition, we are pleased to provide an additional one (1) year extended warranty, for a total coverage period of two (2) years from the date of purchase.
This warranty applies exclusively to manufacturer defects, including but not limited to:
- Structural design flaws
- Hinge defects
- Welding point failures
- Defects in frame coloring or finishing
Warranty Limitations and Exclusions
This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, negligence, or external causes, including but not limited to:
- Accidental breakage
- Scratching, tarnishing, or wear beyond normal defects
- Pet-related damage
- Vehicle-related damage
- Sitting or stepping on the frame
- Bending, twisting, or improper handling
- Any damage not attributable to a manufacturing flaw
Return and Exchange Policy
All returns or exchanges must be requested within seven (7) days from the original date of purchase.
To qualify for acceptance, merchandise must:
- Remain unused and in pristine condition
- Be returned with complete original packaging and accessories
Store Credit Policy
Approved returns or exchanges will be issued in the form of store credit only. Cash refunds will not be provided under any circumstances.
Lens Warranty and Exchange Policy
All lenses are custom-made and individually tailored for each client. Therefore, lenses are non-returnable and non-refundable under all circumstances.
Coating Warranty (1 Year)
Coated lenses are warranted for one (1) year from the date of purchase.
In the event of a verified coating defect, the lenses will be replaced at no additional charge in identical specifications.
This warranty does not cover surface scratches caused by normal wear.
Prescription Warranty (6 Months)
We guarantee prescription accuracy for six (6) months following an eye examination conducted by our optometrist.
This warranty includes:
- Prescription changes
- Difficulty adapting to a new prescription
- Necessary adjustments confirmed within the warranty period
Clients experiencing difficulty adjusting must arrange a re-evaluation appointment within thirty (30) days of purchase.
If a prescription adjustment is deemed necessary, replacement lenses will be provided at no charge in the identical model.
Final Notice
As lenses are individually manufactured according to each client’s prescription, they are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund under any circumstances.
